Job summary

Claranet Portugal is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Specialist to join our Talent Team in Lisbon on a hybrid model. You will configure and maintain HRSD modules, drive automation, and collaborate with HR and IT to enable digital transformation.

Your responsibilities include designing workflows, integrating with ERP, AD, and collaboration tools, and maintaining documentation. Advanced English is required; ITIL practices apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Hands-on JS, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer.
• Experience implementing Employee Center, Case Management, Lifecycle Events.
• REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Good ITIL understanding and governance practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Right now, we are looking for a Servicenow for a client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, including Employee Center, Case Management, and Lifecycle Events.
• Analyze business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize workflows, automations, scripts, and integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, Active Directory, and collaboration tools.
• Implement and manage HR service catalogs, request forms, and employee-centric processes.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and ITIL standards, maintaining platform performance, quality, and governance.
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve platform-related issues, and provide ongoing support to key users.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to the evolution of the HRSD platform by identifying opportunities for innovation and automation.

You must have:

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow, preferably within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Experience implementing and managing Employee Center, Case Management, and Lifecycle Events.
• Solid experience designing and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.

• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience working on international projects and within multicultural environments.
• Previous experience supporting public sector organizations or highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with HR digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
