Decskill, an IT consulting company with more than 10 years of consolidated experience, is growing and seeking a ServiceNow Expert Developer to join our teams in Portugal. You will contribute to evaluating functional requirements, design robust integrations, and manage platform administration in a dynamic, international context.

In this role, you will document procedures, support country touchpoints, and lead training sessions to ensure high-quality outcomes while collaborating with diverse teams

Qualificações

• Academic degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in French and/or Spanish (highly valuable).
• Very good expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to be autonomous and deliver high quality results on time.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the collection and definition of functional requirements through workshops with end users and specification documents.
• Advanced integration and developments including enhancements and bug fixes.
• Platform administration and support including maintenance, upgrades and incident management with ServiceNow and internal teams.
• Documentation writing for developer procedures, user guides, and admin guides.
• Support to the Platform advanced Country touchpoints and coordination of training sessions.

We would like to meet a ServiceNow Expert Developer!

Responsibilities:

• Contribution to the collation and the definition of functional requirements (workshops with end users, specifications documents).
• Advanced integration & developments (enhancements, bug fixes, etc).
• Platform administration and support (maintenance, upgrades ; incident management with Service-Now & other internal teams).
• Documentation writing (dev procedures, user guides ; admin guide , etc).
• Support to the Platform advanced Country touchpoints.
• Organisation of training sessions.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of expertise on IT field.
• Fluent in French and/or Spanish (highly valuable).
• Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment.
• Good level of awareness for details.
• Ability to be autonomous.
• Commitment to the job and the team objectives.
• Systematic, critical and logical thinking.
• Aim to deliver very high quality results, respecting the deadlines.
• Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives.
