We are looking for an DevOps & Technical Expert!
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 Application Production Support for business-critical production environments, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
- Lead and coordinate infrastructure-related IT projects, from technical design through implementation and transition to production.
- Design and implement technical architectures supporting business applications across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, acting as the primary technical point of contact for project stakeholders and business teams.
- Ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, meeting scope, timeline, budget, and governance requirements.
- Integrate cloud technologies into project architectures while addressing resilience, security, cost optimization, and infrastructure decommissioning.
- Manage project governance, including steering committees, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs for production support services.
- Ensure production readiness and operational autonomy of Application Support (RUN) teams.
- Plan and coordinate production deployments, including out-of-hours and weekend activities when required.
- Collaborate with DevOps, FinOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Contribute to the adoption of modern engineering practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Cloud transformation.
- Identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure, applications, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience providing Level 3 Application Production Support within enterprise environments.
- Strong experience managing technical infrastructure or production support projects from initiation to delivery.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including Linux, middleware, networking, storage, databases, and application hosting.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure Pipelines.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes container platforms.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace.
- Experience with legacy enterprise technologies including WebSphere, Autosys, and Connect:Direct (CFT).
- Experience working with automation tools such as Ansible.
- Strong understanding of IT project governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Experience defining and managing SLAs, KPIs, and operational support processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- Cloud certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud, or equivalent) are considered an advantage.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
