We would like to meet a DevOps Engineer & IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator!
Responsabilities:
- Participate in the definition of technical solutions, ensuring that production, infrastructure, security, resilience, and monitoring requirements are considered from the early stages of projects.
- Integrate production and infrastructure requirements into the Product Backlog, including technical user stories related to industrialization, automation, and obsolescence management.
- Support development and project teams in securing and accelerating solution delivery.
- Implement technical user stories independently or coordinate the appropriate technical teams and stakeholders.
- Promote the use of existing products and services that already incorporate production and security requirements.
- Assemble and recommend production and infrastructure services according to application needs.
- Ensure compliance with architecture, security, scalability, and delivery standards.
- Promote and share application production best practices across Agile and DevOps project teams.
- Train and support team members in the effective use of tools and services provided within the Agile and DevOps framework.
- Ensure the availability of the required production and infrastructure resources and expertise.
- Facilitate the deployment of solutions across Production and non-Production environments.
- Monitor the usability and stability of technical environments, including backup/restore, data access, and performance.
- Conduct or validate technical and security reviews.
- Ensure traceability of access to infrastructure components and remediate issues when necessary.
- Identify operational blockers related to flows, security, networks, infrastructure, etc., and propose appropriate action plans.
- Contribute to defining service levels and production performance indicators.
- Implement monitoring and supervision of solutions deployed in Production.
- Ensure that installation, operational, and technical documentation is complete, up to date, and validated.
- Ensure that a backup/failover plan is available and regularly tested.
- Provide support during release-related incidents and operational blockages.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Production through automation, performance optimization, and service improvements.
- Identify production best practices and share them across the organization and wider group.
- Participate in project team meetings and contribute to collective decisions, including complexity and risk assessments.
- Collaborate closely with Application Production Support teams to implement monitoring and improve service supervision.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, or a related role.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure.
- Experience in Production Operations / IT Operations management.
- Knowledge of IT Risk Management and Cyber Security.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of modern monitoring and observability technologies, such as: ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace
- Understanding of the DevOps toolchain, including: GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible.
- Knowledge of container technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong coordination and team motivation skills.
- Systematic, critical, and logical thinking.
- Good summarization and reporting skills.
- Strong sense of commitment, attention to quality, and ability to coach/support others.
- 3 years of professional experience or more.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.
