A Rumos Portugal procura um profissional para atuar no suporte de nível 2/3, com foco em ambientes Windows Server e VMware. Será responsável pela gestão de incidentes, problemas e mudanças, assegurando o cumprimento de SLAs.

O candidato ideal terá experiência com SCCM/MECM e soluções NetApp, além de melhorar scripts PowerShell e colaborar na supervisão de sistemas e operações técnicas.

Qualificações

• Conhecimento em gestão de serviços ITIL (incidentes, problemas e mudanças).
• Capacidade de diagnosticar e resolver falhas em ambientes Windows Server e VMware.
• Experiência com SCCM/MECM e soluções de armazenamento NetApp.
• Desenvolvimento de scripts PowerShell para automatização.
• Análise de risco operacional e melhoria de processos.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer suporte de nível 2/3 para servidores Windows.
• Gerir processos ITIL (incidentes, problemas, alterações).
• Solucionar problemas em ambientes VMware e Windows Server.
• Coordenar operações técnicas planeadas e monitorização de sistemas.
• Desenvolver e manter scripts PowerShell e ferramentas.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

Profile:

• Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows servers;
• Manage ITIL processes, including incidents, problems, and change requests;
• Troubleshoot Windows servers and VMware virtualization environments;
• Coordinate planned technical operations;
• Participate in system supervision and monitoring activities;
• Perform physical server installations and deploy applications and patches using SCCM/MECM;
• Develop and improve PowerShell scripts and other tools;
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and elevate issues when necessary, identifying areas of operational risk;
• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of services within the team’s scope;
• Create operational documentation and procedures;
• Follow and implement security best practices;
• Ensure the appropriate level of service quality in compliance with SLAs within the area of responsibility;
• Ensure Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) of managed assets;
• Ensure that the implemented infrastructure complies with Group standards and IT service requirements;
• Participate, when required, in structural projects, IT interventions, and Disaster Recovery plans;
• Experience in the migration and implementation of NetApp storage solutions.
