Noviqnow, a ServiceNow focused company, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to define platform strategy and architecture for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM and HRSD. You will work with stakeholders to translate objectives into practical solutions, in a hybrid model with three days on site in the Lisbon area and two days remote when feasible.

You will lead workshops, drive governance, and oversee integrations and AI-enabled capabilities to deliver business value across international customer

Qualificações

• Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and HRSD.
• Experience with integrations and Now Assist.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow solution and platform architecture.
• Lead architecture workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into roadmaps and designs.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL practices and governance.
• Collaborate with delivery teams across international customers.
