Your Qualifications

• High level of Portuguese (C1 written and oral) and good level of English (B2)
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Passion for automotive topics and skills in digital technology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a creative, solution‑oriented mindset.
