Customer Service Representative (Spanish‑speaking) – Volkswagen

As a Customer Service Representative for Volkswagen in Braga, Portugal (On‑Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that client expectations related to operational excellence are fulfilled. You will handle performance targets regarding quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

• Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information.
• Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.

• Empowered to make independent decisions with strong documentation skills.
• Skilled in resolving issues and providing solutions.
