Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Portugal is offering a 12-month paid internship focused on business analytics, data analysis, and process optimization. You will support portfolio analysis, dashboards, and efficiency improvements across Finance, HR, and Delivery services.

The role combines hands-on learning with mentoring, offering a flexible, hybrid work setup and opportunities to contribute to AI and digitalization initiatives in a global tech leader.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Business Admin, Management, Industrial Eng, Data Analytics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and interest in innovation, AI, and process optimization.
• Ability to work with data and translate insights into actions.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the analysis of service portfolios, volumes, workloads, and operational performance.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in process mapping, documentation, and standardization activities.
• Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and service review meetings.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business recommendations.
• Contribute to projects related to AI, digitalization, and operational excellence.

• Ability to work with data and translate insights into actions.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English.
