Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) seeks a results-driven professional to own the governance and lifecycle of business applications used worldwide. You will collaborate with stakeholders, providers, and cybersecurity experts to keep applications secure, compliant, and reliable.

You will lead governance, drive continuous improvement, and identify automation opportunities to modernize operations across Siemens’ digital landscape.

Qualificações

• Has experience in Application Management, IT Service Management, or a similar IT role.
• Speaks and writes English confidently.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications, from onboarding to retirement.
• Drive cybersecurity, compliance, and governance activities across a portfolio of digital services.
• Act as the key contact between business stakeholders, service providers, and technical teams.
• Improve service quality, operational performance, and user experience through measurable KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead service reviews and governance meetings with global stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities and help modernize application operations through innovative digital solutions.

What You’ll Do

You will own the governance and operational excellence of a portfolio of business-critical applications used worldwide across Siemens.

Working in an international environment, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, service providers, cybersecurity experts, and technology teams to ensure applications remain secure, compliant, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

This role combines application management, service delivery, cybersecurity governance, and continuous improvement, offering significant visibility and impact across Siemens' global digital landscape.

Your mission

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications, from onboarding to retirement.
• Drive cybersecurity, compliance, and governance activities across a portfolio of digital services.
• Act as the key contact between business stakeholders, service providers, and technical teams.
• Improve service quality, operational performance, and user experience through measurable KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Lead service reviews and governance meetings with global stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities and help modernize application operations through innovative digital solutions.

We Are Looking For Someone Who...

• Has experience in Application Management, IT Service Management, or a similar IT role.
• Is comfortable working with international stakeholders and service providers.
• Has strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Has a good understanding of IT service delivery and incident management.
• Is eager to learn and continuously improve.
• Speaks and writes English confidently.

Nice to have:

• ITIL knowledge or certification.
• Experience with Cybersecurity, DevOps, or Agile ways of working.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
