Job summary

Siemens Global Business Services in Portugal seeks a Business Process Management Trainee (m/f/d) to join our international team. You will learn and specialise in software testing and contract management, work in an Agile environment, and review requirements to ensure clarity.

You will gain experience in IT processes, development practices, and state-of-the-art technologies while pursuing Computer Science studies and fostering a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Understanding of Software Requirements and Agile Frameworks (such as business processes, Use Cases, User stories or others)
• Fluency in English and good communication skills
• Eager to learn, keep a Growth Mindset, and adapt to change
• Responsibility, initiative, orientation towards results and creativity
• Team spirit and analytical thinking

What role will you play?

• Work on a business company with representatives in an international environment

  • Software testing
  • Contract management
• Work in an Agile environment
• Review Software Requirements (in the form of typical requirements or User Stories) to ensure unambiguity and completeness of those
• Design, implement, monitor, actively contributing on optimization of IT processes and services
• Gain professional experience in development practices, work methodologies and state of the art technologies
