Job summary

Siemens AG Global Business Services in Europe seeks a Data Analytics & Platform Expert to own end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You’ll translate complex business needs into scalable analytics and drive platform governance across data ingestion, modeling, and reporting.

You will design high-performance dashboards, support platform strategy, and enable enterprise adoption while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Expertise in Microsoft Ecosystem: Mastery of Power BI, Fabric (OneLake, capacities, workspaces, deployment pipelines), and Copilot Studio.
• Data Engineering & Modeling: Strong background in data ingestion, transformation, ETL/ELT pipelines, and advanced data modeling.
• AI & Innovation Mindset: Experience designing AI-enabled solutions or integrating AI tools into workflows.
• Communication & Collaboration: Advanced written and spoken English to collaborate with international and local teams.

In this role, you’ll share ownership of our end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and modern data architectures. You’ll translate complex business requirements into robust, high-performance analytics using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Your mission will be…

• Own end-to-end analytics solutions, managing the full lifecycle from data ingestion and transformation to reporting, distribution, and maintenance.
• Design high-performance dashboards and reporting standards, ensuring intuitive user experiences, reusable patterns, and certified semantic models.
• Support the definition of platform strategy and architecture, setting the technology roadmap for Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI and Copilot Studio) and Microsoft Fabric.
• Govern enterprise environments, overseeing capacities, OneLake architecture, workspaces, deployment pipelines, connectors, licensing, security, and compliance.
• Architect secure AI solutions, leveraging Copilot, Fabric Data Agents, Claude Code and AI-assisted analytics while embedding traceability, auditing, and responsible AI principles.
• Support platform operations, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and proactive tracking of capacity utilization and licensing consumption.
• Drive enterprise adoption and enablement, building communities of practice, leading workshops, and elevating organizational data literacy.
• Advise senior stakeholders, supporting technology decisions, business value, feasibility, risks, and investment priorities.

We are looking for someone with…

• Education & Experience: Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, backed by solid hands-on experience in business intelligence and data architecture.
• Expertise in Microsoft Ecosystem: Mastery of Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, capacities, workspaces, deployment pipelines), and Copilot Studio (ideally).
• Data Engineering & Modeling: Strong technical background in data ingestion, transformation, ETL/ELT pipelines, and advanced data modeling.
• AI & Innovation Mindset: Practical experience designing AI-enabled solutions or integrating AI tools and assistants into daily workflows to boost efficiency, problem-solving speed, and digital transformation.
• Communication & Collaboration: Advanced written and spoken communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders and local teams.
