Qualificações

• Fluent English is mandatory for communication with cross-border teams.
• 1–4 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support or IT Operations in a structured environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor production environments and real-time alerts across mainframe systems.
• Record, classify and log incidents within SLAs; perform initial technical analysis.
• Perform basic mainframe investigations using JCL/COBOL/DB2 concepts.
• Escalate to second-line when needed and coordinate with shift leaders.
• Execute batch jobs and SOPs to maintain 24/7 market operation.
• Demonstrate reliability and accountability during on-call shifts.
