eXalt-Fi in Porto seeks a mid-level Mainframe Application Support Analyst to join the First-Line CSD Operations team on-site in Porto. You will monitor production, handle alerts, and perform initial technical analysis using JCL/COBOL/DB2 in a 24/7 shift pattern.

This role requires 1–4 years in L1/L2 application support, fluent English, and a commitment to on-site work in Porto. It offers exposure to European CSD domains and internal progression opportunities within the CSD/Capital Markets

Qualificações

• 1 to 4 years in Application/Production support within Banking/Financial Services or Managed Services.
• Basic understanding of Mainframe concepts (JCL, COBOL, DB2).
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift and be on-site in Porto.

Responsabilidades

• Real-time monitoring & alerting across critical CSD software environments.
• Record, classify, and log incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Perform initial technical analysis using basic Mainframe procedures (JCL/COBOL/DB2).
• Escalate to second-line engineering teams and coordinate shift handovers.
• Execute batch jobs, operational controls, and SOPs for 24/7 market operations.
