Teradyne is hiring a Service Engineer for PTG Service in Suresnes, France. You will provide on-site and remote technical support, install and upgrade test systems, and troubleshoot customer equipment. Travel frequently on short notice and collaborate with peers on call services.

Ideal candidates hold an AS or diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics, have 2 years in customer support, and are fluent in English and French. MS Office 365 proficiency is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualificações

• AS/technical school in Electronics/Mechatronics required.
• Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent.
• 2 years in a customer support environment, ideally in ATE.
• MS OS and Office 365 knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and self-driven attitude.
• Valid car driving license.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

Opportunity Overview

As a Service Engineer, PTG Service, Suresnes, France, we expect you to:

• Provide technical support to customers and field team either on-site or through phone or email
• Install new test systems and upgrades, including options and S/W upgrades
• Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer site
• Provide remote assistance for troubleshooting and repair
• Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement programs
• Participate and provide assistance to peers on call services where necessary
• Must be able to travel frequently and on short notice.

• Associate Degree (AS)/Technical school in Electronics/Mechatronics
• Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent educational background
• 2 years working experience in a customer support environment, ideally in ATE

• Self-driven in pursuing technical knowledge needed for the job
• Car driving license
• Fluent in English and French
