Teradyne is hiring a Service Engineer for PTG Service in Suresnes, France. You will provide on-site and remote technical support, install and upgrade test systems, and troubleshoot customer equipment. Travel frequently on short notice and collaborate with peers on call services.

Ideal candidates hold an AS or diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics, have 2 years in customer support, and are fluent in English and French. MS Office 365 proficiency is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualificações

• AS/technical school in Electronics/Mechatronics required.
• Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent.
• 2 years in a customer support environment, ideally in ATE.
• MS OS and Office 365 knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and self-driven attitude.
• Valid car driving license.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers and field teams on-site or via phone/email.
• Install and upgrade test systems, including software options.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer sites.
• Provide remote troubleshooting assistance.
• Travel frequently on short notice.
