Claranet Limited is seeking a Servicedesk professional to support a client on our Talent Team in Lisbon, on-site. You will provide first-line technical support for Windows and Office, handle calls with professionalism, and meet SLAs while maintaining high attendance standards. English fluency is required.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training opportunities, and a salary package tailored to the role performed. Availability in standard daytime windows is expected.

Qualificações

• Experience providing first-line technical support in Windows and Office environments.
• Experience with software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in similar servicedesk roles is preferred.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
