Vector Synergy is seeking an experienced professional to support the NCI Academy's day-to-day operations in an international environment. You will apply project management principles to assist the agency across business activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks and accurate reporting.

The role emphasizes delivering quarterly reports, coordinating with finance for invoicing, and contributing to service lifecycle processes in line with NATO policies and procedures.

Qualificações

• Proven experience of project management or service delivery management including resource management (people, budgets, time, etc).
• Proven analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers.
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using appropriate project management principles, processes, and tools.
• Generating quarterly reports and liaising with Agency Finance staff to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on time to the appropriate recipients.
• Contributing to service lifecycle processes in accordance with Agency policies and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Proven experience of project management or service delivery management including resource management (people, budgets, time, etc);
• Proven analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers;
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development ;

Desirable

• Practical experience in working for other NATO agencies or organizations;
• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT.
