Job summary

Sixt SE in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Web & Product Analytics Specialist to own the analytical layer behind digital products used by millions across more than 100 countries. You don't just report what happened — you uncover why it happened, influence what gets built next, and ensure every product decision is grounded in real user behaviour.

You will develop dashboards, track user interactions, and collaborate with global teams to drive continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience as a Digital Product or Web & App Analyst focused on user behaviour, funnel optimisation and feature performance measurement, not general BI.
Proficient in building dashboards in BI tools and able to translate data into actionable product insights.
Strong SQL skills and data extraction/analysis in daily work.
Deep understanding of event data structure, capture, validation and data quality.

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve user engagement, retention and conversion.
Develop dashboards and datasets serving as a foundation for product decisions, reliable and reusable.
Track and analyse customer interactions across digital products, identify friction points and opportunities.
Conduct A/B testing and provide data-driven recommendations to influence product decisions.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure correct data capture on frontend and backend and validate tracking quality.
Work with product managers, engineers, and analysts across global teams to define metrics and drive improvement.
