Arcesium is a leading fintech firm providing data-driven solutions for hedge funds. The Trade Accounting and Operations (TAO) group handles post-trade activities, ensuring timely reconciliations, accurate P/L, and fund accounting (GAV/NAV).

Qualifications

• MBA/MS in Finance or CFA equivalent.
• 1–3 years of fund accounting and operations experience.
• Experience with listed and OTC instruments across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio accounting and reconciliations for diverse asset classes.
• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, cash, MTMs, and actions with counterparties.
• Explain P&L movements to investment managers and coordinate outage resolutions.
• Finalize GAV/NAV and resolve breaks with counterparties and admins.
• Collaborate with pricing, middle office, collateral management, and tech teams.
• Engage with clients on daily/monthly operations and resolve outages.
