Job summary

Arrow Global Portugal is seeking a Finance & Accounting Associate in Lisbon to handle fund operations, SPV management, and tax compliance. You will prepare data for financial models and business plans, ensure accurate invoicing and reporting, and support auditors and regulators while working within a collaborative, growth‑oriented team.

The role requires a relevant degree, 4–5 years of experience, strong English, and proficiency in Primavera and Fund Manager.

Qualifications

• Accounting/finance degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience.
• Experience with Primavera is a plus.
• Experience in fund/company operations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and results-driven.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and register fund operations in Fund Manager and Primavera.
• Register operations for SPVs under management in Primavera.
• Provide information for financial models and business plans.
• Register stamp tax on lease agreements.
• Prepare maps of outstanding rents; register invoices, receipts and payments.
• Prepare and review tax returns and other fiscal declarations.
• Prepare information for auditors and reporting to regulators.
