Arcesium LLC in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Sr Analyst, Trade Accounting & Operations to own portfolio accounting and reconcilations for hedge funds across equities, fixed income, derivatives, currency, crypto, and OTC products.

You will reconcile trades and cash daily, explain P&L movements to investment managers, and coordinate with counterparties to resolve outages while collaborating with global teams. Open to proactive, detail‑oriented professionals with client‑facing experience.

Qualificações

• MBA/MS (Finance) or CFA qualification.
• 1-3 years of fund accounting and operations experience.
• Experience with listed and OTC instruments across geographies.
• Attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
• Ability to coordinate across geographies with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end portfolio accounting and reconciliation operations for diverse asset classes.
• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, cash, MTMs, and expenses.
• Investigate P&L movements and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve outages.
• Finalize GAV/NAV and resolve breaks with counterparties and admins.
• Collaborate with pricing, middle office, collateral management, and tech teams.
• Engage with clients on daily/monthly operations and queries.
