Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join our Lisbon team in a hybrid setup. You will provide operational support to Money Markets and ALMT trading desks, monitor post-trade activities, and ensure accurate trade booking and settlement.

The role emphasizes reconciliations, data accuracy, risk monitoring, and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel skills, knowledge of financial markets, fluent English, and stakeholder management are essential.

• Academic background in Finance or related field.
• Good knowledge of financial markets including derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Money Markets and ALMT trading desks.
• Monitor and control post-trade activities, ensuring accurate trade booking and settlement.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate/resolve transaction breaks and discrepancies.
• Support funding and liquidity management processes.
• Liaise with Traders, Middle Office, and Back Office to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations.
• Monitor risk and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Contribute to timely reporting in a high-volume trading environment.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for Trade Support Analysts to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work).

Your main responsabilities you will:

• - Provide operational support to Money Markets and ALMT trading desks .
• - Monitor and control post-trade activities, ensuring accurate trade booking and settlement.
• - Perform reconciliations and investigate/resolve transaction breaks and discrepancies.
• - Support funding and liquidity management processes.
• - Liaise closely with Traders, Middle Office, and Back Office teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations.
• - Monitor risk and control requirements, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• - Contribute to timely reporting in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment.

YOUR PROFILE

• - Academis Background in Finance, Economics, Management or a related field.
• - Good knowledge of financial markets, including financial derivatives.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• - Fluent English .
• - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• - Strong analytical and investigative skills, with attention to detail.
• - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
