Job summary

Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) seeks an AR/OTC professional to join our European Shared Service Center. You will manage daily cash application, bank transfers, and reconciliations, collaborating with diverse teams across Europe to ensure accurate receivables and timely reporting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in AR/OTC within SSC or multinational context.
Strong knowledge of reconciliation, cash application and reporting.
English at least B2 level; additional European languages are valued.

Responsibilities

Daily Cash Application & Clearings: post bank transfers and process receivables.
Payment Investigation & Risk Mitigation: resolve unapplied payments and aging.
Reconciliations & Reporting: AR sub-ledger to GL; month-end closures.
Process Optimization: drive harmonization across European entities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: work with multicultural teams and CFOs.
