Wire IT seeks a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex telecom projects and end-to-end Work Package delivery across Europe, with a remote work setup. The role requires 7+ years in Technical Project Management and strong governance, risk, and change management capabilities.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and leverage Nokia processes to ensure successful delivery. Proficiency in English (B2) is mandatory.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management in telecoms.
• Proven ability to manage complex telecom projects end-to-end.
• Strong planning, governance, risk, and change management skills.
• Experience with resource planning, capacity management and estimation.

Senior Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager

Required skills:

• 7+ years ofexperience in TechnicalProject Management, Delivery Management, Network Deployment, orTelecommunications Operations.
• Proven experience managing complextelecom projects and end-to-end Work Package delivery.
• Strong knowledge of projectplanning, delivery governance, risk, issue, and change management.
• Experience with resourceplanning, capacity management, project estimation, and dependency tracking.
• Strong customer andstakeholder management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functionalteams andmanaging technical escalations.
• Nokiaexperience andknowledge of Nokia processes/tools are highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications,Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• English B2 mandatory.
