Wire IT in Lisbon is seeking a Data & AI Project Manager to lead complex Data & AI initiatives in a hybrid setup. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage roadmaps, and report to stakeholders at executive levels.

The role requires 6+ years in similar positions, strong governance, and proficiency with Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in Portuguese and English at B2 level is expected.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in Data & AI project management or similar role.
• Experience in enterprise environments with Data & AI projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and tech teams.
• Ability to translate technical topics into plans, risks and actions.
• Experience with governance, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of Data Platforms, Data Governance and AI initiatives.
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and BI tool usage (Power BI).
• Portuguese and English at B2 level.

Data & AI Project Manager

Location:

Lisbon, Hybrid

Required skills:

• At least 6 years of professional experience as a Data & AI Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments, managing Data & AI projects, programmes and portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology teams.
• Experience with dependency, risk, issue, action and governance management.
• Knowledge of Data & AI Operating Models, Analytics Delivery, AI Initiatives, Data Platforms, Data Governance, Adoption Programmes and Data Literacy Programmes.
• Experience in Project Management, Portfolio Management, Agile Delivery, hybrid management/delivery models and PMO.
• Ability to translate technical and business topics into plans, decisions, risks, actions and executive reporting.
• Experience with Executive Reporting, Steering Committees, Governance Forums, Status Reporting, KPI Tracking and Dashboarding.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint and Planner or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Demand Intake & Prioritization, Portfolio Planning & Roadmap Management, RAID Management, Dependency Management, Resource & Capacity Planning, Benefits Tracking, Supplier Management Follow-up and Financial Follow-up.
• Experience producing and maintaining Project Plans, RAID Logs, Decision Logs, Dependency Maps, Governance Packs, Process Maps, Playbooks, Status Reports and Knowledge Base Materials.
• Nice to have: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Portfolio Management, Data, AI, Cloud, Change Management or Process Improvement certifications.
• Portuguese level B2.
• English level B2.
