Wire IT in Portugal seeks a Delivery Manager to lead IT delivery across multiple teams in a hybrid setup based in Porto or Lisbon. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage deliveries, and drive risk mitigation with a strong emphasis on quality and timely releases.

Qualificações

• 9+ years of experience in IT delivery management or similar.
• Experience with software engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, and production releases.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders in a distributed organization.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, application migration, or system decommissioning is a strong advantage.

Required Skills:

• +9 years of experience in IT delivery management, technical project management, or a similar coordination role.
• Experience working with software engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, and production releases.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders in a distributed organization.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  Ability to challenge unrealistic commitments and bring the risk early.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, application migration, or system decommissioning would be a strong advantage.
