Required skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 15 years of experience in software development, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Lead, Senior Developer, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing complex, business-critical solutions.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, application integrations, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing technical debt, driving continuous improvement, and producing technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with GDPR and its impact on application and solution design.
• Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in international teams.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
