Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from initiation to delivery. The role is hybrid, based in Lisbon, and requires fluency in Portuguese and English.

The successful candidate will manage senior stakeholders, maintain rigorous project governance, and ensure high-quality outcomes while working on challenging, growth-oriented initiatives within a dynamic, international company.

Qualificações

• 7–10+ years in IT project management and business analysis.
• Experience in large enterprise IT/technology projects.
• Insurance industry background to understand business context and definitions.
• Proven end-to-end project delivery ability, independently.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Senior IT Project Manager

Location:

Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• 7–10+ years in IT project management + business analysis (can be more than 10)
• Work experience in big companies IT/technology project exposure
• Insurance industry background — enough to understand the business, challenge assumptions, and work at definition level
• Proven end-to-end project delivery, independently
• Executive communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and structured
• Comfortable pushing back on senior stakeholders
• Fluent Portuguese + English
