PagerDuty, Inc. in Lisbon seeks a Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for non-North American territories, with a strong emphasis on Lisbon and Europe. This in-market role collaborates with North American TA teams on priority searches and requires hands-on recruiting across multiple disciplines.

The position supports a hybrid work model with in-office presence in Lisbon two days a week, and offers equity, retirement, and generous time off as part of PagerDuty's total rewards.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS/enterprise software environment.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering/Product, Sales/GTM, and G&A disciplines across Europe (France, Germany, UK).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates with diverse tools.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline across regions.
• Track recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and quality.
• Promote employer brand and candidate experience.
