The role focuses on implementing HR policies, end-to-end recruitment for tech profiles, and driving performance management and employee development within a hybrid model (three days in the office, remaining days remote).

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in roles such as HR Specialist or HRBP with business exposure.
• Proven experience in the technology sector.
• Strategic mindset to advise on talent, organizational design, workforce planning, and decisions.
• Strong experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning for tech roles.
• Deep knowledge of performance management and employee development processes.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and drive global HR policies, programs, and initiatives in Portugal.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with focus on technology profiles.
• Execute performance management and talent development framework; identify key talent.
• Partner with business leaders, provide guidance on people management and HR KPIs.
• Collaborate on employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor compliance.
