You’ll drive end-to-end recruitment, source candidates across multiple channels, and screen for best-fit talent. You’ll coordinate interviews with Project Managers and Client Managers and guide clients on candidate market trends.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-oriented environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
• Growth mindset and willingness to improve; team-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Actively contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies with management to explore candidate opportunities.
• Conduct direct sourcing via channels like LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
• Screen candidates through calls to assess fit for roles.
• Coordinate interview logistics with Project Managers and Client Managers.
• Advise on candidate landscape and trends to support client service quality.
• Own the candidate experience and build a strong reputation through it.
• Collaborate with the team to learn and grow within Avomind.
