Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage Tier 2/3 application support tickets in a hybrid work setup. You will analyze SQL data, perform data corrections, and clearly communicate with French-speaking clients while collaborating with the development team to escalate fixes.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with SQL, including SELECT, filters and JOINs.
• Ability to analyze data and identify issues.
• Excellent written and spoken French for client communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle, analyze, and resolve Tier 2/3 application support tickets.
• Perform SQL investigations and run complex SELECT queries.
• Execute basic data adjustments in the database with scripts or queries.
• Communicate root cause and progress to French-speaking clients.
• Collaborate with development team to escalate bugs requiring code fixes.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and documentation.
