Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced IT support professional to handle Tier 2/3 tickets for multilingual clients. You will use SQL to investigate data issues, communicate root causes, and provide updates. You will collaborate with developers to elevate bugs requiring code fixes and contribute to knowledge base documentation.

The role offers a hybrid work model with travel to Porto or Lisbon and a focus on customer service and integrity.

Qualificações

• 9+ years in IT technical or data-oriented customer support.
• Strong SQL skills with SELECT, filters and JOINs.
• Minimum B2 level in French (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Handle, analyze, and resolve Tier 2/3 support tickets submitted by users.
• Perform SQL investigations and validate application behavior.
• Collaborate with development to raise bugs for fixes.
• Create troubleshooting guides and document in our internal knowledge base.
