Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer Specialist to act as a pivotal technical expert for the Cloudflare One portfolio. You will partner with the sales team and engage directly with customers to architect and demonstrate how our SASE platform meets security, performance, and reliability needs.

The role requires strong communication, deep technical curiosity, and a passion for helping customers transform their networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Sales or Solutions/Systems Engineering.
• Active adoption of AI tools in day-to-day workflows and knowledge of AI security concepts for enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated experience presenting technical solutions and communicating value to senior-level executives.
• Deep understanding of modern cybersecurity landscape and common threats and mitigations.
• Fundamental knowledge of customer network and application architectures, including hybrid environments with public clouds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping architect the optimal Cloudflare One solution.
• Stay at the forefront of AI-era security challenges and governance for AI tool adoption.
• Guide qualified prospects through solution design and proof-of-value stages, demonstrating Cloudflare One capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales to achieve pipeline generation and revenue goals.
• Analyze customer IT landscapes to design robust architectures
• Articulate benefits and differentiators of Cloudflare One against competitors.
• Capture product gaps and communicate them to product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Teams by sharing customer insights and trends to shape roadmap.
