Cloudflare is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as a senior technical advisor for flagship customers. You will architect solutions, optimize performance, and drive business value by leveraging Cloudflare’s platform in real environments.

Role combines hands-on on-site work with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to align customer needs with product roadmaps.

Qualificações

• Technical role experience as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
• Deep knowledge of Cloudflare’s DNS, WAF, DDoS, Bot Management, CDN & cloud infra.
• Hands-on experience securing web apps, APIs, and services using Cloudflare tools.
• Proven ability to work with Cloudflare products in large enterprise accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong consultative skills solving complex problems in customer environments.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor to key enterprise customers for Cloudflare solutions, especially Workers and Workers AI.
• Lead architectural discussions and reviews for optimal Cloudflare usage.
• Diagnose complex issues and deliver strategic solutions with support and product teams.
• Work with Terraform and IaC to ensure stable configurations for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, Support, Partners, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap.
• Advise customers on security, network optimization, scalability, and performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and Cloudflare offerings to guide customers.
