Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Engineering Director to lead the Security Products Engineering group. This role will have a strong focus on delivering effective and reliable cybersecurity products and systems, including strategy, leadership, technical guidance and building engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for developing people and cultivating a strong engineering culture.

Qualificações

• Experience managing engineering managers and complex projects with external dependencies.
• Results- and metrics-driven with strong attention to detail and communication.
• Proven ability to hire and mentor engineers and set technical direction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple teams of engineers delivering customer facing products.
• Partner with Product Management to define and execute a strategy and achieve audacious goals.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers and engineers across the organization.
• Work with peers around the world to drive cross organizational projects and develop best practices.
• Foster a culture that is results oriented without sacrificing curiosity, kindness, and empathy for customers and co-workers alike.
• Define metrics that guide the engineering teams.
