Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a Customer Engineering Specialist for Network Services in a hybrid Lisbon-based role.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor for customers adopting Cloudflare’s network services including Magic Transit, Cloudflare WAN and Cloudflare One, leading POCs from design to production cutover. Responsibilities include designing architectures for hybrid environments with Azure, AWS, and GCP, and guiding customers through discovery, demos, and workshops within the pre-sales

Qualifications

GTM/Presales or Solutions engineering experience guiding customers through discovery, design, and POC.
Strong knowledge of BGP, routing, and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
Experience with DDoS protection concepts and SD-WAN/WAN in hybrid multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisor to customers selecting network and security solutions.
Lead Solution Design and POC activities for Magic Transit and Cloudflare WAN.
Explain benefits of Cloudflare network services over traditional approaches.
Engage in pre-sales workshops, support RFP/RFI responses, and technical validations.
Collaborate with GTM partners to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
