Role: Senior Smart Automation & Agentic AI Developer

Location: Porto, Hybrid

Required skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Software Development, Process Automation, Data Engineering, or Data Automation;
• Mandatory Dataiku Developer or Advanced Developer certification;
• Expert knowledge of the Dataiku platform for data pipeline development, workflow automation, orchestration, and integration with APIs and external systems;
• Experience designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions using Dataiku;
• Strong experience developing AI agents and Agentic AI solutions;
• Hands‑on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) using Dataiku LLM Mesh;
• Experience designing and implementing automated workflows combining AI agents, data pipelines, APIs, and enterprise application systems;
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, including prompt structuring, contextualization, instruction design, and constraint management;
• Strong Python development skills;
• Experience with data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and process automation;
• Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs and application services;
• Experience applying software engineering best practices, including Git, CI/CD, DevOps, deployment automation, version control, monitoring, and workflow governance;
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Experience defining automation architecture standards and integration patterns;
• Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership;
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Innovative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams;
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
