Job summary

WYgroup Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to own end-to-end SFMC operations for assigned clients, including data extension creation, uploads, segmentation, and journey activation. You will also design reports and contribute to strategy with a consultative approach.

You will manage multiple client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality. Pharma experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on SFMC experience — journeys, data extensions, segmentation, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Operate SFMC end-to-end for assigned clients: data extension creation, database upload/update, data extraction, and segmentation.
• Build and activate customer journeys, and perform simple HTML adjustments to email templates.
• Send and review test communications to ensure accuracy before deployment.
• Design, update and share periodic performance reports covering KPIs for each action.
• Act as a consultative partner to clients—design strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Interface with clients and internal teams to keep work moving and resolve issues.
