WYperformance is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to own Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations for a portfolio of pharma clients. You’ll be hands-on from day one and act as the go-to owner for these accounts, building journeys, managing data extensions, and implementing segmentation strategies.

You’ll partner with clients and internal teams to design value-driven campaigns, deliver performance reports, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, regulated-industry environment.

Qualificações

• Solid hands-on experience operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) — journeys, data extensions, segmentation, and campaign builds.
• Fast learner capable of independent ownership from day one.
• Strong process and organisational instincts for structuring complex workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end SFMC operation for assigned clients: data extension creation, database upload/update, data extraction, and segmentation.
• Build and activate customer journeys, and perform simple HTML adjustments to email templates.
• Send and review test communications to ensure accuracy before deployment.
• Design, update and share periodic performance reports with key KPIs for each action.
• Run A/B tests and pilot actions to validate audience and messaging decisions.
• Act as consultative partner to clients, providing strategic recommendations beyond briefs.
• Define communication and segmentation strategy based on mapped results and client needs.
• Design customer lifecycle journeys and implement actions relevant to each lifecycle stage.
• Be the friendly interface with clients, managing multiple accounts in parallel.
