WYperformance is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to take ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) operations for a portfolio of pharma clients. This senior, hands-on role requires operational SFMC proficiency from day one and ownership of accounts while helping structure and improve team processes.

Qualificações

• Solid hands-on SFMC experience with journeys, data extensions, segmentation and campaigns.
• Fast learner able to own tasks with minimal ramp-up.
• Strong organizational skills to structure ambiguous workstreams.
• Proven track record managing multiple clients or workstreams.
• Confident, proactive communicator interfacing with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Pharma or regulated-industry marketing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end SFMC operations for assigned clients: data extensions, segmentation, uploads.
• Build and activate customer journeys and adjust email templates as needed.
• Send test communications and ensure accuracy before deployment.
• Design, update and share periodic performance reports with key KPIs.
• Run A/B tests and pilot actions to validate audience and messaging decisions.
• Act as consultative partner, offering strategic recommendations.
• Define segmentation strategy based on results and client needs.
• Design lifecycle journeys and implement actions for each stage.
