Emagine is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to refine requirements from markets and stakeholders and manage MC tickets with clear acceptance criteria, assumptions, and dependencies. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and BAs across clouds to identify dependencies and define the optimal solution.

You will support the Solution Design phase with context and functional expertise, act as the main contact for developers, coordinate UAT

Qualificações

• Ability to analyze and refine business requirements from markets and stakeholders.
• Experience in mapping customer journeys and designing campaigns.
• Familiar with campaigns, transactional emails, and MC configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and refine business requirements from markets and stakeholders.
• Create and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud tickets, including CJAs, acceptance criteria, assumptions, dependencies, and open questions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and Business Analysts across clouds to identify dependencies and define the best solution.
• Coordinate UAT activities, explain test scenarios, and support validation processes.
