act digital is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) to join our IT team in Lisbon. This hands-on role focuses on development, governance, and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow platform.

You will configure and customize ITSM modules, implement incident and problem management, translate requirements into scalable solutions, create dashboards, and collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to improve IT service management processes. A CSA certification is mandatory.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar ServiceNow Developer role.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM configuration and customization.
• Proven experience with workflows and ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (mandatory)

Responsabilidades

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules following best practices.
• Participate in Incident Management, Problem Management, and other ITSM applications.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain upgrade-friendly platform configurations.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Support end users during rollout of new functionalities and provide guidance on platform usage.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to improve IT service management processes.
• Contribute to platform governance, QA, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features and capabilities.
