You will collaborate with business analysts, senior developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, support testing and release activities, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure reliability and maintainability.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Development & Configuration: design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow enhancements and configurations.
• Requirements Translation: clarify requirements with analysts and translate into scalable technical solutions.
• Testing & Release Support: assist testing, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and release activities.
• Technical Documentation: maintain clear docs for configurations, scripts, integrations, and procedures.
• Continuous Improvement: improve development practices, code quality, testing, and maintainability.
