Siemens Energy seeks a seasoned HRSD System Solution Architect to lead end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations, ensuring secure, scalable architectures. You will translate HR requirements into robust technical designs, mentor the team, and drive governance and integration with HRIS/payroll systems.

The role demands hands-on ServiceNow HRSD proficiency, multi-country configurations, and ongoing collaboration with pre-sales and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 6+ years with the ServiceNow platform, including HRSD experience
• 2–3 full-cycle HRSD implementations
• Strong knowledge of HRSD modules: Employee Case Management, Employee Center Pro, Lifecycle Event Management, Knowledge Management
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal/UI Builder, ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, CMDB
• Experience designing integrations with HRIS/payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
• Exposure to multi-country/multi-language HR configurations
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA and HRSD Implementation Specialist; CAD preferred
• Excellent communication in English; Portuguese a plus

Responsabilidades

• Design and own the end-to-end technical architecture for ServiceNow HRSD implementations
• Lead solution design workshops and produce architecture documentation
• Define and enforce coding standards, platform governance, and configuration best practices
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and HR systems using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
• Oversee data model design and security architecture for HR data
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the project team
• Conduct code and design reviews for performance and security
• Support pre-sales scoping and technical proposals
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and GDPR compliance
