Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking an IT Solution Expert - Configuration lead for SAP HCM to design, implement and support SAP HCM payroll, PA and OM in a global setting. You will collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure accurate integrations and compliant data handling.

The role requires deep SAP HCM expertise, ABAP/OO skills, and hands-on configuration across multiple countries, with a strong customer-centric mindset and English proficiency.

Qualificações

• Proven SAP HCM (PY/PA/OM) implementations experience.
• ABAP/4 Development Workbench and ABAP-OO expertise.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (HCM, PA, OM) and FIORI.
• Hands-on integration tools and middleware exposure.
• Ability to configure SAP for multiple countries (Spain/Portugal/France/Italy/Switzerland).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, implement and operate SAP HCM payroll (PY), PA and OM.
• Collaborate with global teams to understand business needs and ensure smooth integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Optimize payroll workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain documentation and provide training for internal teams as needed.
• Stay updated on SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM) and integrations.
