Siemens Healthineers in Amadora, PT, is seeking an HR Operations Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of HR projects across regions. This on-site role partners with global HR Operations teams and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, knowledge of HR processes and systems like Workday or ServiceNow, and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management.
• Recognized project management certifications (PMI/PRINCE2/Agile) preferred.
• 5+ years of end-to-end project delivery experience in HR/transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance and delivery of HR projects.
• Establish and maintain governance structures and executive reporting.
• Provide recommendations on risks, dependencies and decisions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, Payroll and Finance.
• Coordinate between HR Operations leadership, regional teams and vendors.
• Lead readiness and transition activities for sustainable adoption.
• Collect, analyse and report project data to stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, compliance and quality standards are met.
