Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Global HR Process & Case Management Expert to design and optimize HR processes and case management across the organization. You will work with regional HR Operations, IT, and other departments to improve efficiency, consistency, and user experience.

The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, governance, and service delivery models, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow and Workday.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR process management or HR operations in a multinational.
• Experience with HR systems ServiceNow and Workday is required or advantageous.
• Experience with HR service delivery models, case management platforms, or process governance frameworks.
• Experience documenting processes, providing operational support, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and process harmonization is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR processes and case management across regions.
• Support design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes and case management standards.
• Collaborate with regional HR Operations, IT, and other functions to improve process quality and user experience.
• Provide guidance and training to HR teams on process updates and system changes.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure process effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure HR processes comply with local, regional, and global standards and policies.
