Siemens Global Business Services seeks an experienced User Experience & Service Design Professional to shape employee experience for Office IT Services. You will bridge employees, service owners, and teams to deliver intuitive IT services with strong adoption and impact.

You will drive end-to-end journeys, blueprints, and Moments that Matter while applying an AI-first mindset to improve usability and productivity across a global organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in UX, Service Design, or related field.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience creating user journeys, personas, service blueprints, and experience maps.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing and executing employee communication and adoption activities.
• Ability to translate complex technologies into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Experience working in large global organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive employee-centric service experiences across the service lifecycle.
• Champion employee perspective from ideation to adoption and improvement.
• Create and maintain end-to-end user journeys, service blueprints, and Moments that Matter.
• Identify pain points via user research, feedback, analytics, and engagement.
• Translate insights into actions to improve usability, adoption, and productivity.
• Define and execute employee-centric communication and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with owners and technical teams to embed user-centric principles.
• Measure experience and adoption indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Apply AI-first mindset to analyze feedback, generate insights, and optimize communications.
